My bootcamps involve a variety of full body exercises aimed to shed fat, gain strength, and burn a ton of calories. A typical bootcamp involves:
Bodyweight exercises
Strength training
Cardio exercises
Core training
Metabolic conditioning
Tuesday's & Thursday's at 5:30pm
Saturday's at 12:00pm
Private & Small Group Training
