Elite Athlete Program

Are you trying to boost your athletic performance by gaining strength, speed, and the ability to compete at a higher level? This program is for athletes of all ages and skill levels. It focuses on developing the following:

  • Acceleration & multidirectional speed

  • Vertical jump and explosive power​

  • Proper running mechanics and cutting ability​

  • Strength & conditioning ​

  • Mobility, flexibility, and recovery techniques

Bootcamps

My bootcamps involve a variety of full body exercises aimed to shed fat, gain strength, and burn a ton of calories. A typical bootcamp involves:

  • Bodyweight exercises

  • Strength training

  • Cardio exercises

  • Core training

  • Metabolic conditioning

Tuesday's & Thursday's at 5:30pm

Saturday's at 12:00pm

Whether you're trying to lose weight, gain muscle mass, or simply trim down and get toned we have a program to fit your needs. Come train one on one or in a small group session and get to work on the body you've always wanted. Contact us for small group and private training rates and package information.
