Making a Positive Impact
Josh Scott is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA-CSCS). He has been helping youth, high school, collegiate, and professional athletes of various skill levels and sports improve speed, agility, and strength for the past 10 years in The Woodlands, Texas and surrounding areas. His company, JRS Performance, has a mission to develop athleticism, prevent injury, and create a positive and confident training environment for youth athletes in the community. Josh has worked with NFL, USFL, XFL, CFL, and various semi-professional athletes improve performance.
Strength & Conditioning Experience
Josh has experience working with a variety of athletes throughout his training career. He has helped numerous athletes conquer training goals and elevate their performance on the playing field. He has experience working with the following:
